Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 27, 2026

Welcome to AddLinker.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AddLinker.com, your AddLinker account, the AddLinker marketplace, and any services purchased through AddLinker.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a service, or otherwise using AddLinker, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use or purchase services through AddLinker.

For the purposes of these Terms, “AddLinker,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of AddLinker.com, and “Customer,” “User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person or business accessing or purchasing services through AddLinker.

1. About AddLinker

AddLinker provides access to digital marketing, SEO, publishing, backlink, content, and related services.

Services available through AddLinker may include, but are not limited to:

  • Guest post placements
  • Publisher marketplace placements
  • Niche edits and link insertions
  • Backlink packages
  • Content writing
  • Local citation services
  • Press release distribution
  • Monthly SEO services
  • Google Business Profile services
  • Link-building services
  • Digital marketing services
  • Other related products and services offered through AddLinker

Some services are provided directly by AddLinker, while others require third-party publishers, website owners, editors, media networks, directories, writers, service providers, or other external partners.

2. Eligibility to Use AddLinker

By using AddLinker, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into an agreement;
  • You are authorized to make purchases using the payment method provided;
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • You will use AddLinker only for lawful purposes; and
  • You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

If you are purchasing services on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of AddLinker may require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Providing accurate account information;
  • Keeping your email and contact information updated;
  • All activity performed through your account; and
  • Immediately notifying AddLinker if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not sell, transfer, rent, or provide your AddLinker account to another person without our permission.

AddLinker may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, prohibited content, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

4. AddLinker Marketplace

The AddLinker marketplace allows customers to browse and purchase services or placements from available publisher websites.

Marketplace listings may include information such as:

  • Website URL
  • Price
  • Domain Authority (DA)
  • Domain Rating (DR)
  • Estimated organic traffic
  • Website category or niche
  • Language
  • Link type
  • Publishing conditions
  • Turnaround time
  • Content requirements
  • Restricted-content information
  • Other relevant publisher information

Availability and publisher information may change over time.

A listing appearing in the marketplace does not guarantee that the publisher will accept every submitted order.

5. Third-Party Publishers

Many guest post and backlink services depend on independent third-party publishers.

These publishers operate their own websites and may have their own:

  • Editorial policies
  • Content guidelines
  • Restricted niches
  • Link policies
  • Pricing
  • Publishing schedules
  • Article requirements
  • Approval procedures

AddLinker does not own or control third-party publisher websites unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Publishers may accept, reject, request changes to, or delay an order according to their editorial requirements.

6. Publisher Availability

A publisher shown as available at the time of browsing may later:

  • Stop accepting guest posts;
  • Increase or decrease pricing;
  • Change publishing requirements;
  • Restrict certain niches;
  • Change link policies;
  • Remove publishing services;
  • Experience technical issues; or
  • Become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

If the publisher selected by the customer becomes unavailable before fulfillment, AddLinker may offer:

  1. A comparable replacement publisher;
  2. An alternative selected by the customer;
  3. Account credit, where accepted by the customer; or
  4. A refund for the affected placement where an appropriate replacement cannot be provided.

Customers are not required to accept a substantially different publisher as a replacement.

7. Publisher Rejection

A publisher may reject an article or placement request for editorial, legal, quality, niche, or other legitimate reasons.

If an otherwise compliant order is rejected, AddLinker may request revisions, recommend another publisher, or offer another appropriate resolution.

Refund eligibility in publisher-rejection situations will be governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy.

A refund may not be available where rejection results from inaccurate or misleading information provided by the customer.

8. Restricted and Sensitive Niches

Certain publishers may restrict content involving areas such as:

  • Gambling or casino
  • CBD
  • Vaping
  • Adult content
  • Cryptocurrency
  • Financial products
  • Medical or health claims
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Loans
  • Legal services
  • Weapons
  • Illegal services
  • Other regulated or sensitive topics

The availability of a publisher for one type of content does not mean that the publisher accepts every topic within that category.

Customers must accurately disclose the nature of the website, product, service, and destination being promoted.

AddLinker reserves the right to reject orders involving illegal, fraudulent, malicious, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content.

9. Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information.

This may include:

  • Target website URL
  • Destination URL
  • Anchor text
  • Keywords
  • Article
  • Business information
  • Contact information
  • Desired publisher
  • Content instructions
  • Campaign requirements

You should review this information carefully before submitting your order.

AddLinker is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

10. Incorrect Customer Information

If you provide an incorrect:

  • URL;
  • Anchor text;
  • Keyword;
  • Business name;
  • Contact detail;
  • Article;
  • Publisher instruction; or
  • Other campaign information,

you must contact AddLinker as soon as possible.

Changes requested before work begins can normally be made without difficulty.

Once an order has been submitted to a publisher, published, distributed, or otherwise processed, changes may not be possible or may require an additional publisher fee.

AddLinker is not responsible for fees resulting from customer-provided errors.

11. Content Writing

Some services may include content writing.

Unless otherwise stated, content supplied by AddLinker is created for the purpose of fulfilling the customer’s order.

Customers should provide any important brand, factual, legal, technical, or compliance requirements before writing begins.

Reasonable revisions may be provided where included in the purchased service.

Major changes in topic, direction, destination, niche, or requirements after an article has been completed may be treated as a new writing request.

12. Customer-Supplied Content

If you provide your own article, image, logo, business information, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it;
  • Its publication does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • The content is lawful;
  • The content is not deceptive or malicious; and
  • You have permission to promote the destination included within it.

You remain responsible for content supplied by you.

AddLinker may refuse content that appears illegal, misleading, plagiarized, infringing, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate.

13. Content Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed:

Customer-Provided Content

You retain ownership of content that you provide to AddLinker.

You grant AddLinker permission to use, edit, format, transmit, and share that content with relevant publishers or service providers as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order.

AddLinker-Produced Content

When an article has been specifically created and fully paid for as part of your order, you may use that final delivered content for the purpose for which it was purchased.

AddLinker may retain internal copies for record keeping, quality control, fraud prevention, and customer support.

14. Editorial Changes

Publishers may make reasonable editorial changes to submitted articles.

This may include changes to:

  • Formatting
  • Grammar
  • Titles
  • Headings
  • Images
  • Internal links
  • Layout
  • Minor wording
  • Publication style

Minor publisher edits that do not materially change the agreed backlink or purpose of the placement do not normally constitute non-delivery.

If a publisher makes a material change that causes the delivered placement to differ substantially from the confirmed order, contact AddLinker for review.

15. DA, DR, Traffic and Third-Party Metrics

Publisher listings may display third-party SEO metrics such as:

  • Domain Authority
  • Domain Rating
  • Organic traffic estimates
  • Keyword estimates
  • Spam scores
  • Authority metrics
  • Search visibility

These values may be obtained from external tools or data providers.

Such metrics can change at any time.

AddLinker does not control how third-party platforms calculate or update their metrics.

A website’s DA, DR, traffic, rankings, or similar metric changing after purchase or publication does not automatically make a completed order eligible for refund.

16. Accuracy of Marketplace Data

AddLinker makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate marketplace information.

However, because publisher websites and third-party metrics change frequently, marketplace information should be treated as a current estimate rather than a permanent guarantee.

If you notice information that appears inaccurate, you may contact AddLinker before ordering.

If there is a significant factual discrepancy in a listing at the time of purchase, AddLinker will review the affected order and determine an appropriate solution.

17. Dofollow and Nofollow Links

Where a listing specifically states a particular link type, AddLinker will make reasonable efforts to deliver that link type at the time of publication.

However, third-party publishers retain control of their websites.

A publisher may later change:

  • Dofollow links
  • Nofollow links
  • Sponsored attributes
  • Redirects
  • Page structures
  • Website policies

If the delivered link is incorrect at the time of delivery compared with the order, please contact AddLinker for correction.

Future changes made independently by a publisher are governed by any replacement guarantee specifically included with the purchased service.

18. Link Permanence

A link described as permanent means that the publisher is expected to maintain the placement without a predefined expiration date.

“Permanent” does not mean that AddLinker can guarantee that a third-party website will exist forever.

Publisher websites may later:

  • Shut down;
  • Change ownership;
  • Delete pages;
  • Redesign their websites;
  • Change editorial policies;
  • Experience technical issues; or
  • Remove content for reasons outside AddLinker’s control.

Any applicable replacement guarantee shown on the purchased service will determine AddLinker’s responsibility if a link is removed.

19. Link Replacement Guarantee

Certain AddLinker services or packages may include a specific replacement guarantee.

For example, a package may state that eligible links are covered for a particular number of months.

Where a replacement guarantee is advertised, the guarantee stated on the specific product, service, or order confirmation will apply.

A replacement guarantee generally means that AddLinker will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Restore the original link;
  • Obtain a replacement placement; or
  • Provide another appropriate placement.

A replacement guarantee is not automatically a cash refund guarantee.

Unless explicitly stated, customers should not assume that every AddLinker service includes a lifetime replacement guarantee.

20. Situations Where Replacement May Not Apply

A replacement guarantee may not apply where a link is removed because:

  • The customer’s destination website becomes unavailable;
  • The customer changes the target URL;
  • The promoted website becomes prohibited or illegal;
  • The customer’s website is compromised or contains malware;
  • A copyright or legal complaint causes removal;
  • The customer requests removal;
  • The customer violates publisher requirements;
  • The destination materially changes after publication; or
  • Another exclusion stated in the purchased service applies.

21. Google Indexing

AddLinker does not control Google, Bing, or any other search engine.

Publishing an article or backlink does not guarantee that it will:

  • Be indexed;
  • Remain indexed;
  • Rank for a particular keyword;
  • Appear within a specific timeframe;
  • Maintain its ranking; or
  • Generate organic search traffic.

Failure of a search engine to index or continue indexing an otherwise correctly delivered page is not automatically considered non-delivery.

Any specific indexing guarantee must be expressly stated on the purchased service to apply.

22. SEO Results Disclaimer

Search engine optimization results depend on numerous factors outside AddLinker’s control.

These may include:

  • Search engine algorithm updates
  • Competitor activity
  • Website content
  • Technical SEO
  • Website history
  • Existing backlink profile
  • Industry competition
  • Website authority
  • Search demand
  • Customer actions

Unless expressly included as a specific contractual deliverable, AddLinker does not guarantee:

  • A particular Google position;
  • First-page rankings;
  • Increased Domain Authority;
  • Increased Domain Rating;
  • A specific traffic increase;
  • Leads;
  • Revenue;
  • Sales;
  • Conversions;
  • Search engine indexing; or
  • Return on investment.

AddLinker services are designed to provide the specific digital marketing or publishing deliverables described at the time of purchase.

23. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times shown on AddLinker are estimates unless explicitly described as guaranteed.

Actual delivery time may depend on:

  • Publisher editorial review;
  • Weekends;
  • Holidays;
  • Publisher workload;
  • Required revisions;
  • Customer response time;
  • Website maintenance;
  • Content approval;
  • Third-party delays.

A reasonable delay does not automatically constitute failure to deliver.

If an order becomes significantly delayed, customers may contact AddLinker support for an update or available resolution.

24. Guest Post Publication

A guest post order is normally considered delivered when:

  • The article has been published on the agreed or approved website;
  • The required customer destination link has been included substantially as ordered; and
  • The live publication URL has been provided or made available to the customer.

Minor formatting or editorial differences do not automatically constitute failed delivery.

25. Niche Edit Delivery

A niche edit or link insertion order is normally considered delivered when the agreed destination link has been placed into an existing eligible page and the live URL has been provided.

The publisher may make reasonable editorial decisions regarding exact wording and surrounding content.

26. Backlink Packages

Packages containing multiple backlinks or placements consist of multiple individual deliverables.

If one placement becomes unavailable, AddLinker may replace or refund the affected portion rather than cancelling or refunding the entire package.

Successfully delivered portions of a package remain completed services.

27. Local Citation Services

Local citation services may involve submissions to third-party directories and platforms.

Directory owners control:

  • Approval;
  • Verification;
  • Processing time;
  • Formatting;
  • Listing visibility;
  • Duplicate handling;
  • Removal policies.

AddLinker provides the submission or optimization work described in the purchased service but cannot guarantee permanent approval or availability by every third-party directory.

28. Press Release Distribution

Press release distribution may involve third-party media networks and publishers.

Once a release has entered distribution, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Third-party media sites control:

  • Publication;
  • Formatting;
  • Headlines;
  • Link attributes;
  • Indexing;
  • Continued availability.

Unless specifically included in the purchased package, AddLinker does not guarantee that every distributed press release will remain permanently indexed or generate rankings, traffic, or media coverage.

29. Monthly SEO Services

Monthly SEO and ongoing services may include recurring work performed throughout the purchased billing period.

Specific deliverables will depend on the plan purchased.

SEO campaigns require time and do not guarantee immediate or specific search-engine results.

Work already completed or commissioned during an active billing period remains payable.

Cancellation of a recurring service generally applies to future service periods rather than reversing work already performed.

30. Google Business Profile Services

Google Business Profile services depend on systems and policies controlled by Google.

AddLinker cannot guarantee:

  • Verification;
  • Approval;
  • Reinstatement;
  • Ranking;
  • Review publication;
  • Map Pack visibility;
  • Processing time;
  • Continued account availability.

A decision made independently by Google does not automatically constitute failed delivery where AddLinker has correctly completed the purchased work.

31. Prices

Prices displayed on AddLinker may change at any time.

A price change normally does not affect an order already successfully placed and paid for.

Publishers may increase their prices without prior notice.

If a pricing error occurs before fulfillment, AddLinker may contact the customer to:

  • Confirm the corrected price;
  • Offer an alternative;
  • Issue an appropriate refund; or
  • Cancel the affected placement.

32. Currency

Unless otherwise clearly stated, prices shown on AddLinker are generally displayed in US Dollars (USD).

Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or cryptocurrency processor may apply:

  • Currency conversion fees;
  • Processing charges;
  • Exchange-rate adjustments; or
  • Network fees.

Such external charges are not controlled by AddLinker.

33. Payments

AddLinker may accept payments using one or more third-party payment providers.

Available payment methods may change from time to time.

Payment providers may independently conduct:

  • Fraud checks;
  • Verification;
  • Authorization;
  • Security checks;
  • Currency conversion;
  • Transaction processing.

An order may not begin until successful payment has been confirmed.

34. Cryptocurrency Payments

Where cryptocurrency payments are offered, customers are responsible for sending:

  • The correct cryptocurrency;
  • On the correct blockchain network;
  • To the correct payment address;
  • Within any applicable payment timeframe.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

AddLinker is not responsible for cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address, incorrect network, or unsupported asset where the error was made by the customer.

Any eligible cryptocurrency refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider and our Refund Policy.

35. Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, withholding obligations, or similar charges imposed by their jurisdiction unless those charges are expressly collected by AddLinker during checkout.

36. Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility depends on the status of the order.

Orders that have not yet entered production or publisher processing may be eligible for cancellation.

Once work has begun, content has been created, a publisher has been paid, or an order has been submitted for publication, cancellation may be limited or unavailable.

Complete cancellation rules are provided in our:

Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

37. Refunds

Refunds, replacements, corrections, and cancellations are governed by the current Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy published on AddLinker.

By placing an order, you also agree to that policy.

Where these Terms and the Refund Policy address the same refund issue, the more specific provision relating to that service will normally apply, subject to mandatory applicable law.

38. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment or order is incorrect, we encourage you to contact AddLinker support first so we can investigate the issue.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, AddLinker may provide the payment provider with relevant information including:

  • Order records;
  • Transaction information;
  • Account details;
  • Communications;
  • Delivered URLs;
  • Publisher submissions;
  • Reports;
  • Screenshots; and
  • Other relevant evidence.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising lawful dispute rights.

39. Fraud Prevention

AddLinker may delay, cancel, verify, or refuse an order where we reasonably suspect:

  • Payment fraud;
  • Stolen payment credentials;
  • Identity misuse;
  • Account compromise;
  • Chargeback abuse;
  • Illegal activity;
  • Malicious websites;
  • Misrepresentation.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify an order.

40. Prohibited Use

You may not use AddLinker to:

  • Promote illegal products or services;
  • Distribute malware;
  • Conduct phishing;
  • Defraud another person;
  • Infringe intellectual property rights;
  • Impersonate another person or business;
  • Interfere with AddLinker’s systems;
  • Attempt unauthorized access;
  • Scrape or abuse the website in a manner that materially harms our service;
  • Circumvent security measures;
  • Submit knowingly false information;
  • Engage in abusive or threatening conduct toward staff, publishers, or partners.

We may refuse or cancel prohibited orders.

41. Intellectual Property

The AddLinker website, branding, logo, interface, marketplace design, original website content, software, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where explicitly permitted, users may not:

  • Copy;
  • Republish;
  • Resell;
  • Reproduce;
  • Scrape;
  • Distribute;
  • Reverse engineer; or
  • Commercially exploit

AddLinker proprietary materials without permission.

42. Third-Party Websites

AddLinker contains or facilitates links to websites owned by third parties.

We are not responsible for the entire content, security, privacy practices, business practices, or continued availability of independent third-party websites.

Our involvement with a publisher for a particular placement does not mean that AddLinker owns or controls that publisher.

43. Communication

By placing an order or creating an account, you agree that AddLinker may contact you regarding:

  • Orders;
  • Payments;
  • Support requests;
  • Required information;
  • Service updates;
  • Security notifications;
  • Account matters.

Marketing communications may also be sent where permitted.

Users may opt out of non-essential promotional communications where an unsubscribe option is available.

44. Service Changes

AddLinker may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or services where reasonably necessary.

This may include changes resulting from:

  • Publisher availability;
  • Business requirements;
  • Security issues;
  • Technology changes;
  • Legal requirements;
  • Payment-provider requirements.

Existing paid orders will be handled according to the terms applicable to those orders whenever reasonably possible.

45. Website Availability

We aim to keep AddLinker available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Maintenance;
  • Updates;
  • Hosting issues;
  • Security measures;
  • Third-party outages;
  • Technical failures;
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

46. Account Suspension or Termination

AddLinker may suspend or terminate access where a user:

  • Violates these Terms;
  • Commits fraud;
  • Misuses payment disputes;
  • Abuses publishers or staff;
  • Submits prohibited content;
  • Creates security risks;
  • Uses the platform unlawfully.

Where appropriate, we may contact the customer before taking action.

Outstanding legitimate payment obligations and completed-order terms may survive account termination.

47. No Professional Advice

Information provided through AddLinker regarding SEO, marketing, backlink strategy, publisher metrics, or digital marketing is provided for informational and service-delivery purposes.

It should not be considered legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

Customers are responsible for evaluating whether a particular marketing strategy is suitable for their business.

48. No Search Engine Affiliation

AddLinker is an independent service.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AddLinker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with:

  • Google;
  • Bing;
  • Ahrefs;
  • Moz;
  • Semrush; or
  • Other search engines or third-party SEO platforms.

Any third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

49. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AddLinker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of our services.

This includes, where legally permitted:

  • Lost rankings;
  • Lost traffic;
  • Lost revenue;
  • Lost profits;
  • Lost customers;
  • Lost business opportunities;
  • Search engine penalties;
  • Algorithm changes;
  • Publisher website closure;
  • Third-party platform decisions.

Where AddLinker is found liable for a specific paid service, our aggregate liability relating to that service will generally not exceed the amount paid to AddLinker for the affected service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

50. Customer Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Content you provided;
  • Your promoted website;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your infringement of third-party rights;
  • Illegal activity conducted through your account;
  • Material misrepresentation made by you.

This provision does not apply to losses caused solely by AddLinker’s own unlawful conduct where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

51. Force Majeure

AddLinker will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control.

These may include:

  • Internet outages;
  • Natural disasters;
  • War;
  • Government actions;
  • Cyberattacks;
  • Publisher outages;
  • Search engine changes;
  • Payment network failures;
  • Hosting failures;
  • Strikes;
  • Major infrastructure disruption.

We will make reasonable efforts to resume affected services when practical.

52. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit, or waive any consumer or legal right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement that applies to you, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

53. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to the laws and legal requirements applicable to the operation of AddLinker and the relevant transaction.

Any governing-law or jurisdiction provision that applies to a specific registered AddLinker business entity may also be stated in the applicable invoice, business information, agreement, or future version of these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights that may apply to customers under applicable consumer law.

54. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent reasonably necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

55. No Waiver

If AddLinker does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

56. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable:

  • Product descriptions;
  • Order details;
  • Refund Policy;
  • Privacy Policy; and
  • Any specific written agreement relating to an order

form the agreement between AddLinker and the customer concerning use of the relevant services.

57. Changes to These Terms

AddLinker may update these Terms periodically as our marketplace, services, technology, payment methods, publishers, or legal requirements change.

The most recent version will be published on this page together with the updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of AddLinker after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

Material changes affecting existing orders will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
